Product : SM1500 - Sheet Metal Profiling Machine 
The SM range of plasma cutting machines are designed and manufactured in England to meet the needs of the duct work and gauge sheet metal processing industries, offering high performance at a realistic cost.
The machine bed is a steel box section frame with sheet sides to create the fume table. Onto the frame are the mountings for the 'X' linear slide and drive system. The 'X' motor is mounted to the rear of the frame, the twinside drive being via a centrally mounted motor / gearbox and twin layshafts. The 'X' drive belts have adjustment for both tension and square. Drag chain conveyor feeds are supplied for both axis'.
The carriage is constructed from 20mm thick water jet cut aluminium plate and precision aluminium extrusion resulting in a low mass with high strength. This coupled with PWM servo motors gives a responsive machine capable of high traverse speeds and unrivaled cutting performance.

Product : HS2000 - Portal Profile Cutting Machine
The HS2000 is a portal profile cutting machine constructed using extruded aluminium section and precision water-jet cut aluminium plate to form a rigid but light weight machine, designed specifically for high speed plasma cutting.
Available with either free standing tracks or with an integrated fume table. Both drives are by rack and pinion with precision 'V' bar guides on the cross carriage. One or two motorised cutting heads can be fitted in a combination of gas, plasma or plasma marker.
The integrated C.N.C. controller can be programmed for fully automatic operation and linked into Techserv's gas / plasma controller and machine management system.

Product : HS4000 - CNC Plasma Cutting Machine
The HS 4000 CNC plasma profile cutting machine is of all aluminium construction, this offers high strength with low mass for the best possible performance. The machine has rack and pinion drives to all axis, including the synchronised longitudinal drive.
The Burny 10 controller is fitted as standard, this windows NT based PC control has a full colour real-time graphical display. The controller has an advanced contouring motion control (RCS++) giving Real Time Control, this combined with the 500 watt digital brushless servo drives and precision gearboxes ensures tighter tolerances with optimum cut quality over the full cutting and traversing speed range.
The HS 4000 uses machined track, with rack to both rails, mounted on either mid level pedestals or a customer supplied beam.
The chassis is fabricated from precision extruded aluminium and water jet cut parts for the main and outboard carriages. The main beam comprises a Precision Extruded Aluminium Beam with a 'V' bar guide rail onto which the cutter carriages are mounted Hose and cable supplies across the machine are by drag chain conveyor.
