Water jet cutters by Techserv are designed and built in our factory in England.
The machine's cutting gantry is manufactured from high grade waterjet cut aluminium plate and precision extruded aluminium sections. This coupled with high quality linear slides and helical rack throughout, give excellent machine performance and low speed stability, as demanded by ultra high pressure water jet cutting.
Our waterjet cutting machines feature the Techserv CNC system with an easy to use touch screen interface and automatic setup of all the pure water and abrasive cutting parameters including, cut speed, abrasive feed rate, wiggle pierce etc.
Techserv are continuing the history of British innovation. We pride ourselves on our technical ability, our controller was written in house and we are very proud of what we have managed to achieve. Our machines are producing everything from structural steel plates to farm machinery and aircraft carriers.
All of our machines are built in our own factory in Dewsbury West Yorkshire, we source as many parts locally as we can, and with a low cost base and pass these savings onto our customers.
